School Counselors are tasked with providing a comprehensive school counseling program (CSCP) to serve ALL students. Our CSCP includes individual and group counseling, in addition to classroom guidance lessons. However, when students have ongoing needs or those that go beyond what we are able to provide in the school setting, we will often refer out to one of our providers.
In an effort to provide additional mental health services in the school setting, LSGA has partnered with BOSS United, a local therapeutic services agency. Our partnership presents an opportunity for students receive therapeutic services at school. If you would like for your child to receive services through Boss United, please contact your school counselor, who will help you to get the referral process started.
